New Steine Mews Hostel is a hostel for twenty single homeless men and women.We work with residents in a structured way to improve their quality of life and safety.

New Steine Mews works with people who have been living on the street and with people who want to move into residential detox and rehab in the Action Flat. Please see the separate pages about the Action Flat.

New Steine Mews has been praised by Shelter in their good practice guide 'Safe as Houses' and has worked with the Home Office on their practice paper 'Improving Housing for Drug Users.'
